Kohuwala Police say that a patient who was receiving treatment in the Kalubowila Teaching Hospital fell from the fourth floor and died in the early hours of (14).
The police say that the deceased is a 65-year-old man named Kuruppu Arachchige Chandrasoma, a resident of Gonapola Kandewatta.It is said that this patient came to Kalubowila Teaching Hospital about three months back due to a throat cancer and has been receiving treatment in the ward since then. Police are investigating.
