Paradox Hollow Progression Guide
Fishbone
You will spawn in Hueco Mundo as a Fishbone when you begin your life—or, uh—as a Hollow. Your main goal should be to evolve into a more powerful form since these low-level Hollows are limited in what they can achieve.
Hollow Points help you develop. Not the ammo, the counter at your screen’s bottom. To advance from the Fishbone form, you’ll need 75 points, which may be earned easily by defeating the many NPC Hollow enemies spread across Hueco Mundo.
To be honest, fighting in Hollow isn’t that enjoyable. It’s quite simple, and the stunlocks are deadly. You won’t get any hits if a rival attacks you since their strike will cancel out yours. Trying to withdraw, return, and strike them first is your only option.
It’s best to search for the Hollows that resemble insects and have scythe-like arms. In battle, it is simpler to control the hitbox and windup.
Don’t worry if you pass away! You may continue without losing any points.
Menos
Upon collecting 75 Hollow Points, you will come out as a gigantic Gillian Menos. You also get an M1 stomp and a Cero beam attack that you may launch with the R key. You are quite slow, however.
As a Menos, you have to survive for around sixty minutes. However, when we attempted to do so, it seemed that the counter ran while we were offline since the next day, when we returned to the game, we spawned as Adjuchas.
In order to attack Arrancar as quickly as possible, you may remove your mask by pressing CTRL + K at this location. You will become a Menoscar as a result, which is the weakest Arrancar. Remember that becoming a Menoscar won’t get you any extra rewards.
Adjuchas
You are, at last, an Adjuchas. You’re back to being little as a result, but at least you can use Flashstep. You now have to decide what to do. You have two options: either pull off your mask right now and become an Adjucar, or go on until you reach Vasto Lorde.
The Vasto Lorde stage is similar to the Fishbone stage, however it takes longer. Much longer. Achieving 850 Hollow Points is necessary. The bad news is that.
Luckily, unlike other comparable games, you don’t lose any by dying, so you can simply get comfortable for a grind session and finish it.

Vasto Lorde
You’ve reached the pinnacle of Hollow performance as a Vasto Lorde. Now that you have stripped off your mask, all that’s left to do is transform into a Vastocar—the strongest form on Arrancar.
Upon reaching this level, you will get the following Arrcancar benefits.
- 55 Extra Health
- 45 Extra Reiatsu
- 20 Extra Hierro
- Vasto Sense Ability
