I enjoyed Paper Girls Volume 1. It's a lot of fun. It reminds me a lot of Stranger Things and Stephen King's work; dark events in small town's. I liked the full-colour illustrations used throughout. These are very well done and really bring the story, place and characters to life. The book is a lot of fun even but with an undercurrent of menace. I liked this a lot.
