I had wanted to buy a small papaya for making double-boiled papaya and snow fungus with rock sugar but the smallest papaya available at the supermarket was still way bigger than what I need. Besides eating the papaya on its own, I made this papaya milkshake. This is a very healthy milkshake given the many health benefits of papaya. It is also believed that regular consumption of this milkshake will help in increasing the bust size for ladies. I haven’t been drinking this enough to prove it though … I just like it for its refreshing taste.

PAPAYA MILKSHAKE 木瓜牛奶
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 200 gram barley
- 200 ml low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (adjust according to taste)
- 100 gram ice cubes
Method:
- Remove skin from papaya, cut it into half and remove all seeds and membrane. Cut papaya into bite-size cubes.
- Add papaya, milk, honey and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
