Just a quick interiors post for today! I wanted to introduce you to my favorite color that has won the Pantone Colour of the Year also, emerald!
I love this color for the sheer depth it creates, not only is it fashionable but it is also fun and will bring a fresh feeling into your home. As this is such a strong color I would suggest just using it for accents, such as curtains or ornaments. this is an excellent color for your soft furnishings as it doesn’t mark easily – I hate white carpets and sofas!
I am also planning on bringing this accent into my wardrobe as well! It has been seen on the catwalks over the years, but I definitely feel it needs more recognition this season!
