Name of today's recipe is confusing,right?..Yeah even I was little confused when I saw this in the menu card of a restaurant here. Up on inquiry I was told that paneer butter masala pulao is a pulao where the cooked basmati rice is sauteed with paneer butter masala gravy, now that was something I kind of liked. Paneer butter masala is something love and so is basmati rice, this combination must be tasty I thought, though I did not eat it in the restaurant,I decided to try out at home. The chef at the resturant also told that paneer butter masala pulao is a famous street food just like tawa pulao, but I have never heared of it :). Last week I tried out this recipe following the below steps. I cooked rice and cooled it thoroughly. Then I prepared panner butter masala gravy, this time I tweaked the recipe here and there, then I sauteed the paneer pieces, once everything was ready I quickly sauteed and served hot. This rice tasted wonderful with humble raita,it was even better after few hours. Here is the recipe for paneer butter masala pulao.
