Palmolive Soft Touch with Aloe Dish Soap Review

By Sassysweetstyle @ChaniaB

I recently received my very first Influenster VoxBox in the mail & I was SO excited! I received 1 full-size bottle of Palmolive soft touch with Aloe Dish Soap , 1 full-size bottle of Palmolive soft touch with Vitamin E Dish Soap & 5 $1 off coupons to distribute.  As a mom, I LOVE trying out new products, especially ones that will make my job easier so that I can spend more time with my Princess. Coupons? What’s not to love about saving money?!   Here is my review!

Palmolive soft touch with Vitamin E Dish Soap $3.99

I kept the Aloe for myself, gave the Vitamin E to my sister & distributed the coupons at my daughter’s preschool.  I hand wash my pots/pans/baking dishes, reusable tumblers & my daughter’s sippy cups.  I rinse food/beverages off of our plates/glasses/silverware before putting into the dishwasher.

Pros

  1. Clean scent.
  2. A little goes a long way.
  3. Removed baked on cheese, sausage grease, day-old Ramen noodles from a nonstick pot, & milk residue from my toddler’s sippy cup without an excessive amount of elbow grease.
  4. Phosphate free.
  5. Made in the USA.
  6. Did not chip my fresh manicure.
  7. Affordable at $3.99 {$2.99 with coupon} for 25 fl.oz.
  8. Did not dry out or irritate my sensitive skin.

Cons

  1. Makes a significant amount of suds.
  2. The fragrance doesn’t always mix well with certain food smells.
  3. Even when rinsing thoroughly, you can sometimes smell/taste the product on the dish, especially plastic {I think it comes with using too much product}.

Verdict

  • I would recommend this manicure friendly product to anyone that wasn’t overly opposed to a sudsy sink & would like using less elbow grease to hand wash dishes.
