How To Make Phul Gobi With Peppers

Cauliflower is such a healthy vegetable to have in your fridge. This great dish is perfect to enjoy as a main meal or as a side with a meat curry.

Ingredients


  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 3 finger pinch turmeric
  • 1 cauliflower (broken into florets)
  • Salt
  • 2 green chillies
  • 3 peppers (1 green, 1 yellow and 1 red, cut into strips, cored and seeded)

Method


  1. Fry the onion in a pan till soft in oil.
  2. Add turmeric and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add cauliflower and salt and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add chillies and peppers and cook for a further 5 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
