How To Make Prawn Chilli Fry

This warm, spicy and beautiful Paleo Indian seafood dish is one of the easiest and quickest to put together. Great for a meal if you just got home from work. You can enjoy this in literally 15 minutes including Prep and Pickup!

Ingredients


  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 onions (sliced)
  • 2 green chillies (chopped)
  • 2.5 cm piece ginger (chopped)
  • 1 x 3 finger pinch chilli powder
  • 1 x 3 finger pinch turmeric
  • Salt
  • 227g frozen prawns

Method


  1. Fry onions in the oil till soft and golden.
  2. Add chillies, ginger, chilli powder, turmeric and salt and fry for a couple of minutes
  3. Now, add the prawns and cook uncovered till the moisture is gone, this takes around 3 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
