Engagement Photography in Oxford
Phillippa & Tom Got Engaged!
We had a really fantastic time a few weeks ago traipsing around Oxford for an engagement shoot with Phillippa & Tom. I love it when couples select a location which is super meaningful to them and Phillippa and Tom took us to all their favorite haunts. We stopped off first at the Bridge of Sighs where we took a few snaps, were mobbed by tourists and nearly run over by a very angry cyclist. Then we popped just over to the Turf Tavern where Tom used to work for 3 years. Although Phillippa went to college just across the street and frequented Turf Tavern, they never actually met (every good story begins with star crossed lovers!). Phillippa and Tom had a quick pint whilst making friends with a little bird who kept popping down tot he table for a visit. Then we hopped on a bus and went over to the Rusty Bicycle which was every bit as awesome as the name sounds. The pub had a fabulous cozy feeling to it and was perfect for having a pint and a cuddle.
Seriously, I love that our clients can turn an engagement shoot into a pub crawl – that is my kind of couple!
