"Essentially, Health & Human Services and other government agencies have said that patients over 70 years of age who require advanced neurosurgery (stroke therapy, aneurysm therapy) and come into an emergency room under government health care (ObamaCare) will get "comfort care." Also, the elderly patients would be called "units" instead of patients and "Ethics committees" would decide where money would go for hospitals and what care patients over 70 would get. Ethics panels?
