Every year, all the girls on the Fergus side of the family get together and go see White Christmas at the Tivoli Theater in Downers Grove. We generally meet up and have dinner and then head over to the theater. This year, my kids and hubby were sick so I missed out on dinner and just met everyone at the movie.
How cool is it that it started to lightly snow when I stepped outside to take some photos? I think it's awesome! In honor of tradition, I took this years outfit post photos in the same place I took them last year. Luckily it was about 20 degrees warmer this year and we didn't actually have snow on the ground.
I kept my outfit holiday themed with my new crop knit layered over a bow neck blouse. I paired them with skinny jeans, slouchy boots, simple jewelry, and my favorite red bucket bag.
Like every year before, we all sing along the entire movie. Oh how I wish I had a few of their dresses for myself, I wished men and women still danced like this, and as always, I cried like a baby at the end.
Have you ever seen the movie White Christmas? What are some of your favorite holiday traditions?
