First off let me apologize for the horrid image quality, my camera has been acting weird and I had to use my iphone!
The second I saw Blaire in this top a few weeks back during her collaboration with Bauble Bar I knew I had to have it...and the necklace! She of course wore it in a much more colorful way, but I decided to dabble in the navy&black semi hated combo. I was a little worried about how all the blue and blacks would look together but it worked out nicely and actually brought out the blue in the top. The top fits perfectly, snug the way the I think all peplum tops should fit, even the double layered peplum.
