Our Real Food Meal Plan – Week 2 2015

By Thecookspyjamas @thecookspyjamas

We are slowly settling back into the school routine, although I can see changes afoot in the way I cook this year as The Princess starts to sign up for new activities. Events in the late afternoon and early evening always present dinner challenges so we will just have to see what this year brings. In the meantime, dinner this week was quite straightforward:

Sunday:

Easy Dukkah-Spiced Lamb Koftas with Quick & Easy Flatbreads. These were served with tabbouleh, and a tahini and yoghurt sauce.

I keep a batch of dukkah in the freezer so I can whip these up quickly.

Monday:

Zucchini & Pancetta Pasta

Tuesday:

Moroccan Baked Fish from River Cottage Light & Easy. I served this with barley cous cous and a green salad with Seedy Salad Topping.

Wednesday:

Chicken Schnitzel with German Potato Salad and a green salad. With more Seedy Salad Topping.

Thursday:

Peanut Soba Noodle Salad with Crispy Tempeh.

(This recipe will be up next week. Keep an eye out.)

Bon Appetit!
