Oriflame The One 5 in 1 Color Stylist lipsticks

Today, I bring you these exciting lipsticks from Oriflame’s The One 5 in 1 Color Stylist lipstick range.
What is special about this range?
Multi-benefit lipstick with rich, lasting color intensity and luminous finish. Flexi Wax Blend helps keep lips hydrated. Nourishing shea butter and botanical oil blend for comfortable wear.
These lipsticks are priced at INR. 499/-.
These lipsticks come encased in a blue + gold bullet and carton box. The bullet is made of plastic and it’s sturdy enough to carry it loosely in a handbag.
Oriflame The One 5 in 1 Color Stylist lipsticks case
The finish of these lipsticks is buttery and extremely comfortable to wear. Despite their texture, they don’t bleed. It looks very glossy on application but sets to a normal day-time wearable mild glossy finish.The shades I got here are Sweet Tangerine and London Red.
Sweet Tangerine is a beautiful peachy coral shade. This shade is quite tricky and will surely wash out if not worn properly. It will look extremely gorgeous on fair skinned ladies. On my fair-medium skin, it looks pretty when I have full makeup on and it does look little out of place when worn on my bare skin. In the swatches, I have worn it without any makeup on and you may notice how it emphasizes the yellow in my skin and thus looks slightly washed out.
London Red is the standard iconic true red which every single range must have. Due to its texture, it looks super fiery and will surely make heads turn when worn properly.
Both of these lipsticks are light on lips. They don’t dry out the lips during and after the wear time but due to their buttery texture they don’t look very forgiving on dry and chapped lips. London red seems to be more forgiving than sweet tangerine in this department.
And, I also observed that Sweet Tangerine does not apply as evenly as London Red. You may notice this in the swatches. Sweet Tangerine kind of emphasizes the fine lines more than the red.
Wear time of these lipsticks is around 5 hours without any heavy meals in between. They do transfer a lot.
I love these lipsticks and I enjoy wearing them. But I would personally pick these up during the offer season rather on their full price.
I have a feeling that the neutral/nude shade in this range will look very flattering on me.
