Organic Garden Update and Kale Chips Recipe!

With the rainy conditions we have had in the Northeast these past couple of weeks, our carrots and kale took off! We were able to fill up an entire basket with kale while also having several delicious carrots for a salad. One of my favorite things to make when we have an abundance of kale are seasoned kale chips. They take less than 15 minutes to make and are super healthy!

IngredientsKale (washed and dried thoroughly)Olive OilSaltPepper
MethodPreheat oven to 350. Chop kale into small pieces (about the size of an average chip) and spread out evenly on baking sheet. Lightly drizzle olive oil over top of kale and toss to evenly distribute. Season with salt and pepper. Place in preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately and enjoy!
