She wore them once and I washed them once. This is what happened.
It came out with bluish streaks all over them.
I knew I had to do something. They were brand new. I tried stain removers but the streaks wouldn't budge. I was pretty bummed. So I decided to try and dye her pants. I bought this tangerine color of Rit dye.
Then I figured I'd try one of my jeans along with it. I bought these super cheap, but the gray wash I wasn't really into. So I threw them into the dye too.
I used the washing machine method which was way easier than I thought. In fact it makes me want to dye more pieces that I own. Anyways, so here's how mine turned out.
Kinda funky. I'm actually liking the look. It's a deeper orange than it looks in the pictures.
Here's a few mirror shots of how they look on.
And then here's how my daughter's jeans turned out. HOLLA! I LOVE the result.
It's so bright and bold. She was amazed as well, she couldn't wait to wear them.
They're so fun, don't you think?
They're perfect for fall!
Thanks for stopping by!! See you all tomorrow.
