I am still home. And life is still going on ...
Although A LOT has changed in the world since I last checked-in on the blog. I am not someone who makes half-baked high-strung statements. Everything I share here comes from a place of passion and/or joy. While I am taking my time to form succinct sentences to express my own views (and opinions) I thought I will share a few quotes that I have been saving over the past few days which resonated with me and might with you all too.
As for the pictures, they are of what I have been wearing while working remotely. Contrary to popular online views, I am one of the few who actually likes wearing jeans at home and dressing up daily to work from home.
“Don't beat yourself up for not knowing the answers. You don't always have to know who you are. You don't have to have the big picture, or know where you're heading. Sometimes, it's enough just to know what you're going to do next.” ― Sophie Kinsella
“If you have the kind of intelligence and instinct that will point you in the right direction, playing the rebel will not be dangerous. But if you are mediocre ... you are better off learning from your predecessor's knowledge and experience, which are based on something real.” ― Robert Greene
“What gets measured gets improved.” ― Robin S. Sharma
“Can't you give me brains?" asked the Scarecrow. "You don't need them. You are learning something every day. A baby has brains, but it doesn't know much. Experience is the only thing that brings knowledge, and the longer you are on earth the more experience you are sure to get.” ― L. Frank Baum
“The truth is, what you do matters. What you do today matters. What you do every day matters. Successful people just do the things that seem to make no difference in the act of doing them and they do them over and over and over until the compound effect kicks in.” ― Jeff Olson
