OOTD: Utility Jacket & Pencil Skirt

Let's just say I am having the kind of week where i am having thoughts of why can't I console my crying baby, why do I really blog, what am i really trying to achieve and questioning the purpose of everything as such. So without much ado, Let me get down to today's outfit.

I am wearing a utility jacket with a striped top and a bright pencil skirt. It's starting to get chilly here but we do have some days in between where the sun decides to shine and it gets warm. The utility jacket is enough to keep away the chill on such days. 

I consider khaki to be a neutral and in this outfit the skirt is the focal point with the infusion of neutrals into the ensemble. The belt cinched at the waist helps bring all the elements together in this outfit.
