One Pan Chicken Alfredo

By Slowdownandsavor

I wouldn’t exactly call it a kick, per say, but I am falling head over feet for one-pot, one-skillet or one-pan dishes. After making that chicken, green bean and potato bake the other night, I’ve been on the hunt for more amazing simple, quick and delicious meals that don’t require a whole lot of, well, anything.

My newest find is a recipe for one-pan chicken alfredo. I think my favorite part of THIS dish is that I’ve always wanted to try making homemade alfredo, and this ended up satisfying my desires.

Just brown your meat…

…mix in your liquids and pasta…

… boil, simmer, stir. Add LOTS of cheese…

And Voila!!!

The process of making this meal was ultimately a lot easier than I’d thought it would be. It was almost like making hamburger helper, only way tastier. WAY. I hope you enjoy it! I know your family will. Next time, I’ll be adding some broccoli, that’s for sure. Mmmmm….

I loooooved the recipe I found. Follow this link to find it too at No. 2 Pencil: Cook, bake & create!
