ON WITH THE SHOW!!!
I love one pan meals. Being a mom of two rowdy boys, the less clean up and fuss, the better. Since discovering the joy of these one pan dinners in the past, I've been on the hunt for more amazing simple, quick and delicious meals that don't require a whole lot of, well, anything.
My newest find is a recipe for one-pan chicken alfredo. I've made it twice now, and I can't get enough, and neither can my family. I think my favorite part of THIS dish is that I've always wanted to try making homemade alfredo, and this ended up satisfying all of our desires. Plus, it's budget friendly! What more could you want? Tons of leftovers? You got it. So it's satisying, delicous, cheap to make and provides you with lunch the next day. Winner, winner. Chicken Dinner. Yeah, I went there.
Just brown your meat...
...mix in your liquids and pasta...
... boil, simmer, stir. Add LOTS of cheese...
And Voila!!!
The process of making this meal was ultimately a lot easier than I'd thought it would be. It was almost like making hamburger helper, only way tastier. WAY. I hope you enjoy it! I know your family will. Next time, I'll be adding some broccoli, that's for sure. Mmmmm....
Want to make it? Here's the recipe!
An easy, one pot dinner with no fuss! Chicken alfredo was never so easy!
