Vince Camuto often makes my work with clients heaps easier. Regardless of a client’s style, I can always count on good old Vince to come through for me. The pieces are modern, affordable, cut well and just enough trend for women over the age of 35. Yes, Vince Camuto, I sort of love you.
Anyway, I love the idea of colored denim for summer, yet, love the ombre denim even more because it is so summery. What’s figure flattering about this particular pair is that the lighter shade is found at the hem, not over the thighs.
Now onto the five looks using this one pair of jeans. As usual, to help you build a cohesive wardrobe, I pull many of the corresponding pieces from week’s prior to help you maximize your what you buy and own even further.
Five Ombre Denim Outfits
Look #1
One Item, Five Fashionable Ways- Look 1
With an easy summer top, this outfit looks fresh and sophisticated in addition to finished with the touch of soft blue through the earrings and handbag, a handbag I’ve used in previous posts.
Look #2
One Item, Five Fashionable Ways – Look 2
With a cute and playful top, such as this one, you can’t help but smile. All you need to finish the look is an easy shopper and a pair of sandals. Notice how this particular pair brings in a hint of the pink.
Look #3
One Item, Five Fashionable Ways – Look 3
When it comes to these jeans, you are not limited to bold combinations. Here, with a soft striped tank, gold accessories and a denim jacket, the outfit is much softer.
Look #4
One Item, Five Fashionable Ways- Look 4
For something more bold and optic, a solid black top works just fine. Here I paired one of my favorite shoe styles, the Birkenstock Gizeh in silver and used the same bag as the earlier look.
Look #5
One Item, Five Fashionable Ways – Look 5
For this last look, I brought back the denim shirt that I’ve used many times before in this series. Instead of buttoning it, I imagined it as a layering piece that could be worn open or removed. With a fun pair of sandals that pick up the colors in the outfit and graphic shopper, the outfit is coordinated without being too matchy-matchy.
