Kingston Redstreak combines two of England's more renowned cider apples: Kingston Black and Somerset Redstreak.
Appearance: Light gold.
Aroma: Fruity, melons, berries, honeydew, lightly earthy, hint of caramel, juicy fruit, bitter apple, perfume-y.
Taste: Medium- tannins, medium- acidity, medium astringency.
Overall Impression: Once Upon A Tree's Kingston Redstreak is very balanced. It's super fruity character makes it a very approachable cider for someone not used to the more eccentric of England's ciders. While not on the funky side of English ciders, its fruitiness brings a nice complexity and creates a very enjoyable cider for both neophytes and experienced English cider fans.
