Now That I'm four days of the propoints weight watchers program, I waited a little while before you talk because I wanted to be sure I was going to hold a minimum and not two days as usual.
For four long days so I'm holding. So let's be honest I always eat like an ogress much but I gradually remove all the industrial stuff: biscuits, chocolate, I limit all that meat, cheese all to enter my points.
And I find that I deprive myself of things I did not need such as cheese bread after a hearty meal, the snack cake with chocolate which is now replaced by a banana inputs at all meals ... Anyway right now I'm adapting, and it is quite beneficial because the nice balance shows - 1kg 600
