Olive Hummus

Ingredients:
1/2 Can of Chick Peas
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Garlic cloves
1 Tsp Tahini (sesame paste)
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
Pinch of Salt
Olives

In a small grinder mill add half a can of chick peas with some of the water

Add whole peeled garlic cloves, tahini, salt, olive oil and lemon juice

Add the black olives

Blitz the hummus until smooth

Chill in the fridge until ready to serve

Enjoy with some homemade Flatbread.
