Ohio Parents Charged in Son's Death

The parents of a Brown County boy killed in an accidental shooting have been charged in the boy's death.

  A 9-year-old boy has died more than a week after he was accidentally shot in the head at his family's home, a relative says.

Police said Sebastian Swartz found the gun Feb. 18 in a bedroom and was playing with it, and the gun discharged after his 13-year-old sister tried to take the weapon away from him.
The 9-year-old died Feb. 26 from his injuries.
According to court documents, the weapon was left out in plain view.
The boy's parents, Chris and Shanna Swartz, of Russellville, were charged last week with child endangering.
