Oh So Tasty: Brunch at Ziziki's

By Ohsocynthia @OhSoCynthia
Ziziki's has been around for as long as I've lived in Dallas - at least 20 years - so I tend to forget about it because there are always so many new places opening and getting media buzz. I was so happy when they reached out to me and invited me in to experience their new brunch buffet for several reasons:
a) I am a flavor/spice junkie so I love Greek food
b) I had no idea they even were serving brunch
c) I love, love, love a buffet because you can graze and try a lot if different things
Buffet grazers will NOT be disappointed with the vast selection. You can choose from artichoke hummus, Greek and Ziziki's salads, pastas, chicken souvlaki, lamb souvlaki, keftedes (lamb meatballs) in a marinara sauce, seasonal fish with lemon artichoke sauce, housemade salmon, Greek potatoes, pita, Greek yogurt with berries, baklava, and made-to-order omelettes and Eggs Benedict. They also have some fantastic brunch cocktails including the new Pomegranate Ouzo Martini, The Athena and the Blood Orange Shandy. The buffet cost is $24.95 per person / $9.95 per child and includes a complimentary Mimosa or glass of Rose wine. If buffets aren't your thing, the Ala Carte lunch menu is also available.

I visit the Ziziki's in Travis Walk located at 4514 Travis St. (off Knox. St.), Dallas, TX 75205. I think Travis Walk has one of the prettiest patios around with a beautiful fountain and pretty landscaping. I also like that after you eat, you can work off all those calories shopping the boutiques of Knox. St. If you live in North Dallas, you should visit the Ziziki's at 11661 Preston Rd. at Forest, Dallas, TX 75230. https://www.zizikis.com/. Bon appétit - or as the Greeks would say, "Kali orexi!"
