Beating summer is really a hard task and the buttermilk nowadays helping its hands towards the harsh rays from Sun.The buttermilk is usually spiced with curry leaves,green chillies,ginger and pinch of asfoetida.The hing or asfoetida gives super aroma there and it helps in digestion too.I used healthy oats for a change and i roasted the oats before blending with yogurt.Lets move on making,
