Recently, no one found himself in a little controversy after being discovered by the phone 1 did not meet the brightness specifications described in the original ad. The company has now sent official comments about telephone brightness 1 to the Android Authority.

In the material provided for Android Authority, it is explained to us that 0-500 NITS is considered a normal range for telephone 1 and 500 Nits can be achieved under ordinary conditions. However, the 500-700 high brightness range will only trigger when the auto-nightness mode is activated and the phone is under strong light. The range of 700-1,200 is intended to become a special mode that is currently not available due to software limitations, for now.

While these comments clarify why companies based in London chose to limit brightness-although hardware capable of more and more does not always explain why he chose to initially use 1,200 NIT measurements in his marketing.

Apart from the brightness controversy, telephone 1 is a great debut from the company. In fact, we gave a handset of 4 out of 5 stars in our review.
