After the show, we ventured to the beauty section of the store, where all the different brands had set up stations where you could get anything from skincare treatments to a full face of make-up. We had made appointments for later in the afternoon, so we just wandered around, ogling all the things and people. Note to those wanting to attend next year: make your appointments early, so you can get them in the morning! We were able to get a brow consultation from Anastasia (where I bought these things - they're so wonderful, I can't even express) and were treated to some serums from Clarins.
And then, we shopped.
Tory Burch has officially made my most favorite perfume. It's everything I ever wanted, and I was so excited not only to purchase it, but to also have the bottles hand engraved. How cool is that? It was little details like this that made this event so great!
After grabbing some lunch, we finally made it to our appointments. Unforunately, the Bobbi Brown group was an hour behind, but thankfully we were able to get in early at Nars. Where I had a really awesome makeover. Getting your makeup done is so fun! And then i bought the most wonderful (and expensive) lipstick ever. Tom Ford's Wild Ginger. A longer review to come, but this lippie is everything I ever wanted and more than worth the price!
