Kemi 'Lala' Akindoju, the Nollywood actress, on Saturday recounted her childbirth expertise as her son, Adeoreofe, turns one years outdated.
The excited mum had welcomed her first baby along with her chef husband Gbugbemi Fregene, popularly often known as Chef Fregz.
Sharing an image of the second she was in labour, Akindoju revealed that she needed to keep in a kneeling place to assist her baby's supply.
In a press release on her Instagram web page titled, 'Ikunle Abiamo', the actress talked in regards to the significance of kneeling throughout childbirth.
She wrote, "In yoruba land, the day a woman gives birth to a child is always called 'Ojo Ikunle' which means " day of kneeling ".
"I didn't actually perceive it until I researched and discovered that as a result of our nice grandmothers had their infants kneeling (which is the very best birthing place in my view), kneeling was used to reward the ache she went via and it served as a memorial.
