The popular Nokia Lumia 920T is presently on pre order with China Mobile, the biggest network operator in the world, for 4599 Yuan, or roughly $738.

For a nation with an average annual income of merely some hundred dollars this is obviously quite costly, though a poster on Seeking Alpha thinks that the phone is ready to shortly have a massive boost.
Daily Finance stated that the smartphone is ready to be heavily subsidized in the Chinese market, something which seems quite unusual on the service provider.
Jacob Steinberg on Seeking Alpha states that China Mobile possesses a restricted budget of roughly $4.1billion to subsidize smartphones, but majority of other smartphones are not subsidized.  This possibly counts the iPhone, with China Mobile failing to accomplish agreement with the Cupertino based mobile phone maker over their demands for a profound subsidy.
Nokia did though achieve an agreement, and from 2013 the matter of a huge upfront payment will be taken out of the equation, which would amplify Lumia sales quite aggressively, if the Finnish mobile phone maker can keep up with supply.
If you don’t know about the smartphone, here’s some help. The Lumia 920 deals runs on the latest Windows Phone 8 operating system, which is of course touted as very fast and smooth. You also get a Pureview 8MP snapper, which is great for clicking photographs. The touchscreen also be used with your gloves on, which is a welcome feature in the smartphone world. And as it is offered by Nokia, you get a sturdy and a bit heavy handset.
