Verdict on No Way Up
No Way Up is an action thriller following the survivors of a plane crash trying to survive in an air pocket in the ocean. They must figure out how to escape, while sharks await them. It becomes a battle to survive against the odds.
This movie combines a nice blend of disaster and shark attack movies. The plane crash and air pocket give us a race against time element. Which many of the movies the team behind this operates with. They give us a movie, where the survivors must do what they can with limited oxygen and an outside threat. The characters have their ups and downs about them, even if they fit the generic concept we are used to. You can enjoy this movie for what it is, without expecting it to do anything we haven’t seen before.
Final Thoughts – No Way Up is an entertaining disaster movie.
