The NRA's motto of "The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun," is so magnificently incapable of describing the real world of gun violence it is truly stunning. Case in point: a Georgia man, 69 year old Phillip Sailors, shot and killed 22 year old Rodrigo Diaz... for pulling into his driveway.

Good post, good point about the very real gray area and possibility of just human error when it comes to guns. It's not always black-and-white, bad-guy-vs.-good-guy.
