"No Climb Policy"

Philippine army secures the area to prevent the people going up the volcano around Malilipot, May 9, 2013 Barangay San Roque Albay. Governor Joey Salceda has ordered strict "no climb and  no picking of orchids" to prevent another casualty. Five mountain climbers were killed when they were caught in the middle of a hot rock slide following Mayon’s eruption on Tuesday.
