Verdict on Night of the Tommyknockers

Night of the Tommyknockers is an action horror western that follows a group of people that must survive an attack by ancient creatures. It puts together a group of thieves, local residents, a bounty hunter and a vengeful sibling as they end up in one small town.

This is a fun action movie, with how the different groups of people must put aside their differences to fight back. Think ‘Dog Soldiers’ in the American wild west. The creatures are more powerful than humans and will not stop. Outside, of the creature elements of the story, we get to see human decisions. Ones that are fueled by each character’s own needs. This shows us how money is more important for some, rather than others.

The creature’s decisions are practical and make for terrifying creatures you wouldn’t want to bump into. Their attacks are ferocious with little chance of surviving them. in the performances, we have a solid cast that gets to bring their characters to life.

Final Thoughts Night of The Tommyknockers is a fun late-night creature feature.
