Nexus 5: Technical Specifications Leaked

Yesterday, online service manual that LG prepared for the upcoming Nexus 5, leaked on the Internet and unofficially confirmed the existence of the next Google smartphone.

New details on the LG Nexus 5 have surfaced the Internet in a service manual for the device, consisting of 281 pages. Apart from troubleshooting guides and circuit schematics, the service manual contains the complete specifications for the LG Nexus 5. As for the hardware details, the next Google smartphone will come with a 4.95-inch display in full HD resolution and 32 GB or 16 GB internal memory version.

Leaked Nexus 5 Specs

According to the manual, Nexus 5 will be powered by a Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.3 GHz and 2 GB of RAM. On the back the device will have a rear camera of eight mega-pixels with optical image stabilization, while a 1.3-mega-pixel camera will be placed on the front. Other features mentioned in the manual include a 2300 mAh battery, micro SIM card slot, wireless charging capability, Bluetooth 4.0, and NFC technology. The device will be also able to operate on UMTS/GSM/CDMA/LTE wireless networks. We have recently reported that the next LG smartphone will be probably shipped with the latest Android OS version, KitKat 4.4.

Reportedly, Google is planning to launch its Nexus 4 successor in October, but we are waiting for the official statement of the manufacturer.
