Some of the foremost travel writers have some suggested resolutions for each of us as the New Year gets underway.
At the New York Times, Stephanie Rosenbloom offers suggestions on what you need to get organized this year – is your passport up to date? Are you getting the most travel benefit from the credit card you use? Now’s the time to make sure you’re prepared to go globetrotting.
Huffington Post’s William Chalmers offers ten resolutions for travelers, and he has some good ones. They include we resolve to leave our expectations packed and we resolve to take authentic, challenging and participatory adventures.
The Wall Street Journal’s Scott McCartney has resolutions that focus in part on being healthier. They include resolving not to eat beef jerky (and to therefore find healthy food options in airports). He also resolves to stretch his legs while flying and to stay hydrated.
Good advice for all of us.
