Did you know that studies have shown that only 10% of people actually accomplish their New Years Resolutions by the end of the year? {via}.
New Years is about new beginnings but I feel like the general population tends to focus on what’s negative about themselves and then in turn “resolve” to change. Let’s put a more positive spin on 2013 by looking back at what you have accomplished in 2012 {instead of what you didn’t}.
And then set goals that are actually attainable within a reasonable amount of time so your New Years Resolutions are more likely to be accomplished.
A wise man once said, “It is better to take many small steps in the right direction than to make a great leap forward only to stumble backward.”
Happy Hump Day Everyone!
