Today I woke up feeling ever so slightly better. Although still feeling very down and still that awful pain in my chest and heart that just won't go away. I tend to feel better when I'm out of the house doing something, even if it is raining and so after dropping Izebella off at nursery I took myself off to get myself pampered and had my nails done.
Before having Izebella I would get my nails done a lot but it's not something I have had much time to do with a baby or toddler about and it does make me feel a little better treating myself for once plus it also filled what would otherwise be a very boring hour. I just find it hard to type now ha.
