Bowie, MD 20715. I’ve never been to Bang Bang but I’ve been to other Mongolian grills and the concept is pretty simple. You pick out your own meats/proteins, vegetables, sauces, and add ons and it’s chopped and grilled before you. From their website:
You create your own delicious and healthy quick-seared meal by selecting from dozens of fresh vegetables, beef, chicken, pork, seafood and many other delectable ingredients. You season it according to your tastes with numerous perfectly seasoned sauces and dry spices to choose from, or you can follow one of our delicious SIGNATURE recipes. Finally, you watch while your meal is seared at over 500 degrees on BangBang’s huge circular grill.

ChiDogO's
The University of Maryland has a host of new eateries coming to its neighborhood. Some of the buildings along Route 1 and new spaces in The Varsity apartment complex will now be home to new spots where you can get your yum-yum on. Roti Mediterranean Grill is slated to open in one of The Varsity’s retail spaces Aug. 1. Roti, which already has successful locations throughout DC, will feature falafel, sandwiches, salads and Mediterranean dishes. ChiDogO’s is a Chicago style hotdog joint that didn’t do so well on 14th Street, NW but it too will be giving it a go at The Varsity retail space.
Pho D’Lite will cater to fans of pho — a savory noodle, meat, and vegetable soup — and it is slated to open in April or May in the Campus Village Shopping Center, 8145 Baltimore Avenue. A little further down the street, Lime Fresh Mexican Grill will occupy the space previously leased by California Tortilla. It will be surrounded by other Mexican-themed joints like Chipotle and Austin Grill Express. Last but not least, there’s District Dumpling, a restaurant scheduled to open in May at 7313 Baltimore Avenue that focuses on the Chinese mainstay, the dumpling.
