The current Deputy Director General in charge of Laboratory Services of the Ministry of Health Dr. Sudath Dharmaratne, appointed as the Acting Deputy Director General of the Medical Supply Division, and the Specialist Dr. Dedunu Dias appointed as the Acting Director of the same division.
Health Secretary Specialist Dr. Palitha Mahiepala took steps to appoint these two doctors for these new positions.
These officers started working in their positions from today(03).
