You know how I said, 'traveling is a practice in patience', I have realized traveling is also a practice is discipline. I believe discipline to be my super-power. Once I commit to something, I really commit to it. There is no gray ground there. However, I lack the discipline to stick to my goals while on-the-go. I just can't seem to stick to a rhythm to make sure I am able to enjoy the place and yet not give up completely on my lifestyle.
A common response I get to my dilemma is that "don't be hard on yourself and take it easy while traveling." That is a good advice for those you might travel once or twice a year. I am headed someplace every other weekend. That fundamental doesn't work in my case. I need to find a way to be disciplined even when traveling else I will be paying for it later.
Another, thing I need to stop doing is SHOPPING!
I have been on a serious shopping spree this summer. My closet really needed a refresh but now I need to stop. No, like seriously. Which brings me to today's outfit. I bought this jumpsuit last month on my trip to Seattle. Since then I have worn it multiple times and already recovered the cost of purchase! If you follow my Instagram stories you might know what I am talking about. Be prepared to see it a few more times on the blog just in the coming weeks :)Location - Washington Park Arboretum, Seattle
