The atta is a little coarse, but that is because of the seed coating. So that increases the fiber value. Just 4 tbsp not of kuttu atta made 14 pakoras and they were so filling that I couldn't eat my dinner.I used a combination of paneer or cottage cheese and Lauki or bottle gourd just to reduce the calories and added the yogurt to add flavour,as all the ingredients are fairly bland and flavourless.
