National Association of Realtors® and Move, Inc. Reach Agreement Over Use Of New gTLD’s Outside The US

The National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and Move, Inc. (Move) announced today that they reached agreement over the use of top level domains outside of the United States.

Accordingly, the complaint filed by NAR with the Chancery Court in Delaware on November 10, 2014 seeking clarification on this matter has been dismissed.

Move was acquired by News Corp for $950 Million Dollars and the acquisition was completed on November 14, 2014.

The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
