Nat Cohen’s Telepathy was been Hit With UDRP On the domain name SDT.com
The UDRP was filed by SDT International Limited Company
Telepathy has owned the domain since at least 2007 according to Domaintools.com, however recently moved the domain name to the domain name registrar name.com from Moniker.com due to theft concerns which he wrote about on his blog.
Many times you will see a UDRP filed after an ownership change and I wonder if some Corporate Counsel saw the change in domain registrars and assumed a change of ownership, resulting in the filling of the UDRP.
On the trademark front there are only 2 live trademarks in the USPTO and neither one is owned by a company by the name of the Complainant
Paletas Mara S.A DE C.V. CORPORATION MEXICO has a trademark on candy going back to 2012, and a Bill MCCahill has a trademark on some motorcycle part dated 2011.
There are quite a few companies known by the name SDT International Limited around the world, but we believe The Complainant uses the pretty crappy domain name sdt-international.com
