I have used Maybelline color show nail polish Yellow, white and Black to get this look. I usually go for pastel shades but I came out of my comfort zone and tried this bright yellow color, and to my surprise I did like it a lot. It reminds me of festival and celebrations.
I wanted to try different nail art in each finger so I went for smiley, dots and konad stamp.
As I don't have any nail art brush I have used tooth pick to create the smiley and the dots. And in the thumb I have used Konad stamping tool. I hope I have improved a bit with my nail art skill.
