Verdict on Naga
Naga is a drama thriller following a Saudi woman going on a secret date behind her parents’ back. She finds herself in the desert at a party where things start to spiral out of control. Her father’s past has a reputation that could bring danger to everyone involved, but wildlife also causes them massive problems.
This is a thriller that shows a mixture of the strict rules in Saudi Arabia and the chaos of a secret party gone wrong. The strict rules come from the reputation placed upon people and wanting more from life, which is more of an everyday discussion between people. Meanwhile, the party going wrong has elements of comedy before hitting the more serious survival battle. While this is a chaotic movie, it doesn’t seem to hit the levels of intensity it is searching for. However, it does keep you wanting to know where things will end up going.
Where to Watch
Naga is available on Netflix now.
Final Thoughts – Naga is a tense chaotic thriller that keeps you guessing.
