For some reason Jeremiah was in the mood for casseroles, even though it's been nearly 90 degrees each day. Minnesota boy at heart, don't cha know. J took the last container of mac and cheese for lunch today, so leftovers definitely lasted us the entire week. It's been fun to experiment with tweaking recipes and photography.
