My Travel Bucket List

By Lisaorchard @lisaorchard1

Hello everyone, I hope all is well with you. I’m back today after a week of work and writing. I’m working on a new project at work, and it is exhausting, but I think once it goes live, I’ll enjoy it.

I’ve been busy planning my son’s open house. It’s fun and nerve wracking at the same time. I’m worried about the food. I don’t want to not have enough, but I don’t want to have too much either. Oh well. I’ll figure it out.

But enough about that. Today, I’d like to talk about traveling. It’s important to travel. It creates memories for your family and gives you something to look forward to in the drudgery of working nine to five.

I’ve been thinking about traveling. My boys are out of school, at least the grade K-12 years, and they’re becoming more and more independent. The thing is there are so many places I’d like to go. It’s hard to choose. So, I’ve started a list. 😉

  1. California and Oregon. I really want to see those giant redwood trees.

  • France. I really want to visit Paris and do all the touristy things.

  • Italy. Mainly Tuscany and the Leaning Tower of Pisa

  • India. The photos I’ve seen of India are so rich with history and culture, I’d love to go there and experience it.

  • Amsterdam. I’d love to visit the Anne Frank home. A little history is a good thing.

  • Canada. I hear it’s beautiful there, too.

So, there you have it. A few places I’d love to travel to. I’ve started my bucket list. I’m sure I’ll add to it as I continue to come up with ideas. How about you? Do you have a travel bucket list? Where would you go? Leave a comment! I’d love to hear from you!

These are just a few of the places I want to visit.
